When I met up with Matt and Ruby last fall for a family session, they surprised me with the news that they were adding a little one to their family, so we turned their family session into a baby announcement/family session. I’m so excited for them as they get ready to bring this new baby into the world! I’ve had the privilege of enjoying Matt and Ruby as repeat clients ever since they got engaged and hired us for their wedding, so I’m thrilled to be able to continue capturing these special moments and telling their family’s story as it unfolds and welcomes the arrival of this new little one! Ruby’s sister-in-law, Sarah (another sweet client and friend) put the whole shower together and it turned out just as she had envisioned it. It took place at the Reamstown Fire Company, and while it was snowing outside, the spring vibes were going strong with all the beautiful details she gathered together. And I have to mention a couple others who helped make this shower so special, including Oregon Dairy, who provided the gorgeous cake and cupcakes, which were delicious, and Kim Andrew who made the awesome favor cookies.
Ruby is one of those magical pregnancy girls, who makes it look way too easy. She’s a lovely person inside and out, and I’m so happy for her and the new babe they’re adding to the family. Here are just a few of my favorites from her beautiful shower.
It was also great running into another past bride of mine, Becky, and getting to catch up and share some laughs over our love of Chris Pratt and the Marvel Cinematic Universe :)
