When Lacey, who happens to be a fellow photography, called me to tell me she was engaged and wanted us to photograph her engagement and wedding, I couldn't have been more thrilled and honored. When we met up with Lacey and her fiance, Adam, at a cute little coffeehouse in Harrisburg, we could tell immediately that they were a good match. Adam is easy to talk to, hardworking, and an all around nice guy. And the way he and Lacey make each other laugh is awesome.

This chilly winter engagement session was definitely a big change and challenge for this fair weather girl. And Harrisburg had just recently been covered with a big blanket of snow, so I knew this would be a bit of an adventure. But despite the fact that I don't love cold weather and my fingers were going numb by the time we were done, there was no denying the beauty of a city blanketed with fresh snow. And running around in it doing pictures with these two made it all worth it.
