I’m not sure I’ve ever had a couple laugh so much during our session, and it was fantastic. :) Bethany and I actually went to the same high school, but were several years apart, so even though we both played volleyball, we didn’t play together on the same team. But in the years since then, Bethany has kept playing the sport in various rec leagues and tournaments, which is actually how she ended up meeting Josh, when they played together on the same rec team. The funny thing is, that’s how my husband and I met too, playing volleyball, but that’s another story for another blog post.
Anyway, earlier this year when I ran a Valentine’s Day giveaway for a sweetheart session, Bethany was the winner, and she was tickled pink excited to use the session for her and Josh’s 2 year anniversary, which was May 5th. The original plan was to do the pictures before their anniversary so she would have them beforehand, but due to bad weather, we had to keep rescheduling our session. But I’m so glad we held out for nice weather because this week we hit the jackpot and got such a beautiful, warm spring evening, just perfect for their session. The warm, sunny weather fit well with Bethany’s warm and bubbly personality, and the three of us had such a fun night strolling around Downtown Lititz, laughing, telling stories, and checking out the ducks that wanted so badly to be included in the pictures, haha!
